To onboard new riders, navigate to the 'Riders' section in the dashboard. Click 'Add Rider' and enter the rider's full name and email address. The rider will receive an email with instructions to complete their registration and join your business.

Can my company withdraw funds from the platform?

Yes, your company can withdraw funds from the available wallet balance in the dashboard.

How can my company become fully verified on SwiftVia?

To unlock full access to our platform, complete the verification process by submitting all neccessary documents in the "onboarding" section of the dashboard.

Can my company track our riders in real-time?

Yes, you can monitor all your riders in real-time via the "Riders" and "Tracking" sections on the dashboard, allowing you to keep track of their locations and delivery progress.

Can I communicate with my riders through the platform?

Absolutely! You can chat and call your riders directly through the dashboard at no extra cost, ensuring seamless communication.

What should I do if my document verification fails?

If your document verification fails, check the reason provided by the platform. If it's a temporary issue, you can resubmit the documents. If it's a permanent issue, please contact our customer support team through the "Help & Support" page. We'll assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Will my riders be verified after being invited?

No, after being invited to the platform, riders must sign up and complete a verification process by submitting their proof of identity and vehicle type details to become verified riders on SwiftVia.

Can I block a rider from my business temporarily?

Yes, you can block a rider by suspending them in the "Riders" section of the dashboard. Click the three-dot menu next to the rider's name and select "Suspend Rider."

Does SwiftVia charge a fee for using the dashboard?

SwiftVia has a free forever plan to grow your business at no extra cost. We have other offers that provide more insight into your business growth and help deliver more. Check our pricing page for more details.

Is SwiftVia a registered company?
